Prices
Our design services are tailored to each client’s specific needs. We do not offer one-size-fits-all products or templates. Therefore we need to learn a project’s goal, scope, and its specifics to provide you with a realistic cost estimate. These quotes are free. Please use the contact form to get in touch with us about your project. The following prices are guidelines:
- Web Designs ( max. 2 pages) start at 500 €
- Web Design + Web Site with WordPress CMS starts at 1.000 €
- Flyers and folder (max. size A4 or Din lang) start at 250 €
Please note: These prices only apply if you already have a corporate identity (logo, colours, type) and can provide all materials to be used (texts, images, photographs, fonts etc). All CI-related services such as e.g. identity development, styleguides, and logo designs, as well as photography retouching and copy-writing are extra.
Deposits & Payment
If you decide to work with us, you will be requested to put down a deposit of 33% of the agreed contract sum. We usually ask for the deposit having analysed your requirements and created a first wireframe, i.e. before we start working on design drafts. We guarantee, however, to return the entire deposit to you should you not be satisfied with any of the design drafts. The second instalment of 33% will be requested once you have decided on a draft; the final instalment falls due 2 to 4 weeks after project completion depending on our agreement. We think that this procedure treats both parties fairly and guarantees that both you and us finish every project phase with feasible results.
We accept bank transfer or paypal as payment methods and of course, we love cash. No money order, credit cards, or direct debits.
Speculative Work
We do not do any speculative work. Please read and consider this article on why speculative work is unethical before you proceed to ask somebody else. If you were a car salesperson you wouldn’t give anyone a car for free either, hoping your customers might pay for it if they like it.
No skype
We love to stay in touch with you by phone or by email. We are also available for a cup of latte macchiatto in Berlin/Kreuzberg (Germany). However, we also trust you understand that we do not like messenger windows popping up while performing memory-intensive work in photoshop or indesign as this can cause applications to freeze and ruin work.
